Luma Capital, LLC is led by James (“Jim”) Castille, a CPA with 25+ years of experience as a CFO, turnaround consultant, and business advisor.

 

Jim’s core focus is helping business owners raise cash and secure the right funding to stabilize operations, execute turnarounds, and finance growth—while providing CFO-level support without the overhead of a full-time hire. Luma Capital strengthens the financial foundation that lenders and investors require by improving cash visibility through disciplined reporting and forecasting, implementing KPI scorecards and executive reporting that drive accountability, and building integrated five-year financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and capital readiness.

 

When it’s time to raise capital, Jim helps clients become lender and investor ready and supports the full process— from financial packaging and forecasting to diligence support and close execution—across bank and asset-based financing, government guaranteed programs, mezzanine debt, and private equity/investor capital.
